Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging our financial planning services have specific responsibilities to ensure effective consultation outcomes:

• Provide accurate and complete financial information necessary for comprehensive planning analysis
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary investment strategies and consultation materials provided
• Implement recommended strategies according to agreed timelines and risk parameters
• Notify Kryquonethsolutions of significant changes in financial circumstances that may affect planning recommendations

Prohibited Uses

Clients are prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

• Sharing proprietary financial planning methodologies or investment strategies with unauthorized parties
• Using consultation services for illegal activities or investment schemes that violate South African financial regulations
• Providing false or misleading information during financial assessment and planning consultations

Payment Terms

Consultation fees range from R3,000 to R15,000 depending on service complexity and scope. Payment is due prior to consultation delivery unless alternative arrangements are agreed in writing. All fees are quoted in South African Rand and exclude applicable taxes.

Intellectual Property

All financial planning methodologies, investment analysis tools, portfolio optimization techniques, and consultation materials remain the exclusive intellectual property of Kryquonethsolutions. Clients receive limited rights to use provided recommendations for personal financial planning purposes only.

Limitation of Liability

Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kryquonethsolutions from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from misuse of financial planning services, provision of false information, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Termination

Either party may terminate the consultation agreement with written notice. Kryquonethsolutions reserves the right to immediately terminate services for violation of these terms or provision of false financial information that compromises planning accuracy.
